Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Take online shopping orders from Shop Rite website, select items, communicate issues, bag orders, pack into totes, and prepare for customer pickup or delivery;
Accurately select and organize customer items, substituting items when out of stock;
Bag orders safely, consolidate totes, and prioritize temperature-controlled totes for delivery or pickup;
Process payments (cash, credit, checks, EBT, WIC, coupons, vouchers, gift cards) and provide correct change;
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and general department operations; greet customers and assist with product knowledge
