The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.

This is an in‑office position.

• Manage a diverse book of small, mid‑size, and large group EB clients.
• Provide day‑to‑day service.
• Oversee renewals.
• Ensure compliance.
• Support open enrollment, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver strategic benefit solutions.

• High School degree required; college preferred.
• Benefits Account Manager experience.
• LAH license.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player demonstrating collaboration.
• Tech‑savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel).

• Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/yr.
