Sales Coordinator

Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. Salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 with bonus/commission potential. Hours are Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Our client is a start-up home care company with decades of experience in the industry and significant funding!
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, energetic Admissions & Sales Coordinator to serve as the key link between referral sources, healthcare professionals, and prospective clients. This is a relationship- and results-driven role focused on guiding families through the admissions process and converting referrals into admitted clients.

• Speak with prospective clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Follow up consistently and persistently on open referrals to maximize conversions
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while staying organized
• Learn and master the company's intake process (full training provided)
• Partner closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth client experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple leads/opportunities at once
• Able to commute on-site 5 days/week to Uniondale, NY
• Healthcare industry experience is not required - full training provided
• Preferred (not required): prior experience in insurance verification, intake coordination, or admissions coordination, ideally within a larger healthcare organization
