• Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually

• Develop and manage new business opportunities, with a primary focus on large real estate accounts (over $100K in premium).
• Provide a "white glove" approach to client service, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

• Quote and manage new and renewal business, with a primary emphasis on new business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10+ years in large commercial lines, with a strong focus on real estate accounts.
• Licenses/Designations:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Location Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the New York City boroughs and local real estate market is essential.
