** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols for a commercial property.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting irregular conditions.

+ Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate locations.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance within post orders and contacting building management and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Complete detailed reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance notifications, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and on-site contacts.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
