Security Guard - Flex - Commercial Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $18.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout commercial office common areas, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, assist with visitor check-in and/or contractor access, and help maintain orderly traffic flow in and around the property.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations, completing incident reports, and promptly notifying site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Observe and report security-related concerns such as suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, damaged property, and maintenance hazards, and communicate issues to building management per post orders.
