• Support the Director of Nursing with efficient and effective nursing care delivery and goal achievement, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
• Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
• Facilitate implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentor staff, and coordinate communication with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new‑hire orientation, and recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
