United Talent Staffing is hiring a Plumbing Supply Inside Sales Specialist for a well-established plumbing supply company in the Uniontown, PA area. We're looking for a dependable, motivated professional with experience in customer service, retail, construction, plumbing, HVAC, building materials, hardware, or a related industry.

Plumbing product knowledge is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Rotating Saturday schedule

What You'll Do As a Plumbing Supply Inside Sales Specialist, you'll work directly with contractors, builders, and residential customers while helping keep daily sales and inventory operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about plumbing and building materials
• Prepare and process sales transactions, quotes, and special orders
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and residential customers
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory
• Keep the sales floor and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Learn new products and stay current on plumbing materials, products, and solutions

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, construction, plumbing, HVAC, building materials, hardware, landscaping, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge of plumbing materials such as PEX, PVC, copper, Schedule 40, SDR
35, or similar products is a strong plus. Don't know every product yet? That's okay. Training is available for the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn.
