Home Remodeling Sales Expert

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a Home Remodeling Sales Expert to drive residential roofing, siding, window, and exterior project sales. You'll run company-provided and self-generated in-home appointments, inspect properties, educate homeowners on options, and build custom proposals. Using a consultative, no-pressure approach, you'll close deals, manage customer expectations, and coordinate with installation teams. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential homeowners to assess remodeling needs and present solutions
• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, and exteriors to develop accurate project scopes and recommendations
• Create detailed, professional proposals and estimates using company tools and pricing
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, financing, and installation processes
• Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads to maximize close rates
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach
• Document all activities, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM system
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Attend training, ride-alongs, and team meetings to continuously improve product and sales knowledge
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors professionally in the community and at local events or home shows
