Plumbing & Building Supply Sales / Counter Associate

United Talent Staffing is seeking a Plumbing & Building Supply Sales / Counter Associate in the Uniontown, PA area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the plumbing, construction, excavation, or building supply industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment helping contractors, customers, and vendors with product selection, order processing, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and material selection
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical product recommendations
• Process sales transactions, quotes, and special orders
• Maintain knowledge of current industry products and technologies
• Assist with inventory, stocking, receiving, and organization of materials
• Work directly with contractors, builders, and residential customers
• Support showroom appearance and merchandising efforts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

  Full-Time
• Hours:
  
  8-hour shifts
• Work Week:
  Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in plumbing, excavation, construction, building materials, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of: PEX systems, Copper Press systems, Schedule 40 pipe, SDR
  35 pipe, current plumbing materials and technologies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
