Shipping Clerk

Shipping & Receiving - Uniontown, PA (Fayette County)
Pay: $19-$21 per hour (based on experience)

Impact Workforce Solutions is partnering with Legrand to hire a Shipping and Receiving in Uniontown, PA. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours, paid training, and a strong benefits package.

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

Training:
All new hires will complete 3-6 weeks of training on 1st shift.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Pulling and packing orders for shipment
• Verifying items against order details for accuracy
• Labeling packages and preparing shipments (UPS, Fed Ex, LTL)
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Using scanners and basic computer systems to track orders
• Supporting other warehouse functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or material handling role is helpful
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable using a computer or scanning system
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Team player with reliable attendance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and move throughout your shift
• Willing to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE
