About the RoleAs the Administrative Assistant for Dura Pier Foundation Repair, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include answering all inbound calls, transferring customer calls to the correct department, contacting online leads, inputting all new leads/customer information into our CRM, assisting with administrative duties, and delivery of all Permit related documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound Calls and Customer Leads:
Answer all inbound calls and redirect to the correct department for the Houston and Dallas office. - When a new online lead or call is received, enter customer information into the CRM.
- Once the customer confirms the time and date of appointment, move the project to the next stage in the company CRM.
- Basic office administrative duties, including copying, document creation, document destruction, and scheduling.
- Delivery of permit applications, post-repair inspection documentation to job sites, and other duties as assigned.
- Customer service and administration background or related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent judgement and ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience in customer de-escalation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods and navigate the office.
