Position: 360 Designer

Job Description

NBC Integrated Design is seeking a 360 Designer to join our award‑winning in‑house creative team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visuals and designs for a wide range of brand and title marketing initiatives – including key art, digital, motion, outdoor, print, social, and experiential creative. The 360 Designer will report to a Creative Director and collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Editors, Project Managers, and senior Executives across a wide range of projects.

The NBC Integrated Design Group is an in‑house, multidisciplinary creative team. We execute 360 marketing campaigns in a fast‑paced and ever‑evolving environment. Our deliverables include key art, outdoor advertising, social and digital design, motion graphics, as well as corporate presentations, branding and collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts for multi‑platform marketing campaigns for the NBC brand, its shows, and special programming
  • Create thoughtful, strategic, and visually impactful design solutions, with a focus on key art, digital (motion and static), outdoor (motion and static), and/or logo development
  • Develop sketches, style frames, and concepts to effectively communicate design ideas and motion sequences
  • Integrate motion into key art, ensuring seamless and visually compelling results
  • Effectively adapt and resize creative assets for an evolving range of formats and deliverables (motion, static, digital, and social)
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency on both large and small creative teams
  • Present ideas and creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Guide Production Artists to ensure accurate execution of creative vision in finishing
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of all assets
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within television, film or entertainment marketing
  • Experience collaborating and presenting ideas in‑person and on video platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Figma
  • A robust portfolio showcasing design and motion creative for a wide range of entertainment genres and tactics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign); working knowledge of Cinema4D (or other 3D application) preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, design execution, and typography skills
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into innovative, effective creative
  • Experience working within brand guidelines, style guides, and platform templates and designing for digital platforms and optimizing assets for digital advertising
  • Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback and ideas from others, with an ability to respond to feedback with thoughtful, creative solutions
  • Keen attention to detail and enthusiasm for producing high‑quality work while working under tight deadlines and managing multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of photography, lighting, and image selection for creative development
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to finishing artists on retouching and mechanical builds
Additional Requirements
  • Hybrid:
    This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
  • This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $70,000‑$95,000.
