Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: May work until 6pm Monday-Thursday.
Job Summary and DescriptionProvide academic assistance to fellow students. Serves as a resource to help ACD students access services to ensure student success.
QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience
- Overall GPA of at least 2.75 and must have taken the course they are tutoring (or higher-level course) with a grade of “B” or better.
- Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at one of the Alamo Colleges District colleges or another accredited institution of higher education.
Education and Experience
- Experience as a tutor.
- Successful completion of 15 semester credit hours.
- Experience with college level Science subjects such as:
Chemistry, Physics.
