You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.

You must possess an active Secret clearance.

Using your expertise in program/project management, you will be assisting a higher-level program manager in directing the training project lifecycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long- and short-range goals and milestones, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:

• Identify, acquire, and utilize resources to achieve project technical objectives
• Direct a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules
• May, on occasion, interface with external customers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout lifecycle
• May supervise direct reports
• Train and direct employee work activities
• Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing as directed
• Other duties as assigned

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
• 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience
• Working knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programs
