Leasing Consultant – Colony

Overview

We have an opening for a Leasing Consultant at The Colony Apartments in Universal City, TX. Experience preferred but not required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background and drug screen. Pay based on experience!

Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultant, including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, showing community, and outside marketing, as needed.

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
• Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
• Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.
• Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.
