Business Development Representative at Goosehead Insurance

The team is responsible for new business revenue generation each month and works to achieve these goals on an individual and team level. Account Executives receive extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more.

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

First‑year earnings potential ranges from $53,000–$90,000, varying based on performance. Compensation varies by agency but includes uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year‑over‑year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can significantly increase annualized income. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
