* With maintenance technician or facilities manager, perform facilities and utilities maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, including plumbing, sewer, electrical, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, HVAC systems, roofing and cleaning.
* May operate tractors, backhoe, dump truck and other machinery and tools as needed to grade and maintain roads, culverts, fields and roadsides, mow field and maintain other resources.
* Some departments may require position to maintain, service and/or repair vehicles and other equipment.
* Some departments may require assistance with research, field experiments and other projects as needed, including building structures or other needed items.
* Determines, purchases and pick-ups necessary materials and supplies.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.
