Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal‑oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6963 Olive Blvd location in University City, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business success.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards.
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals.
• Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
• Strong leadership skills and desire to lead people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skills.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
