Job Title:

Senior Final Mile Operations & Delivery Analyst

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Final Mile Operations & Delivery Analyst to lead the charge in optimizing our last-mile delivery performance. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee the final leg of the supply chain — ensuring timely, efficient, and customer-focused deliveries. You’ll work cross-functionally with distribution centers, 3rd-party carriers, and internal stakeholders to improve delivery experience, reduce costs, and ensure consistent operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee Delivery Operations:
Monitor and analyze KPIs like on-time delivery, cost per delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Drive Continuous Improvement:
Identify trends and implement process improvements using data and field audits.

Manage 3rd-Party Partners:
Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and performance issues with Final Mile Carriers.

Audit & Optimize Routes:
Participate in driver ride-alongs to assess compliance and recommend improvements.

Support Customer

Experience:

Collaborate with Customer Service and other teams to quickly resolve delivery issues.

Leverage Technology:
Use TMS, route optimization tools, and analytics to streamline last-mile delivery.

Control Costs:
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

5+ years of logistics/transportation experience, with a strong focus on last-mile delivery.

Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills — Excel, dashboards, reporting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Experience with TMS, routing software, or telematics is a plus.
