Our client in the Dallas, TX area is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their team.

• Lead inventory reconciliation activities across multiple locations and systems
• Analyze high-volume transactional and accounting data to identify discrepancies and trends
• Research and resolve inventory and financial variances with a sense of urgency
• Support accurate financial reporting through detailed account analysis and reconciliations
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and controls
• Provide meaningful reporting and insights that support business decision-making
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and continuous process improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, inventory accounting, operational accounting, financial analysis, or a related area
• Background in inventory accounting, operational finance, supply chain accounting, or high-volume reconciliations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Exposure to BI and automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or related technologies
