Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide essential support for University functions, events, and services at University Park, Texas. This role involves assisting faculty, staff, and students with inquiries, processing orders, and promoting services while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of University policies, and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. This position works Monday through Friday for four hours daily between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
