Penn State Transportation Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm in the gated campus parking decks. Duties will include screening permit holders for entry, assisting customers with entry and exit, controlling deck occupancy, helping customers find alternatives, and resolving equipment issues.
The position mostly works independently, outdoors or at kiosks, with team support during busy times. The starting rate is $14 per hour.
