• Prior completion of BA 804
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with academic grading systems

• Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational position
• Knowledge of ethical leadership concepts and theories
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
