Job Description And Position Requirements

The Management and Organization Department within The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for adjunct instructor positions to teach one or more undergraduate courses during one or more of the fall 2026, spring 2027, and summer 2027 semesters. Each non-tenure track appointment has the possibility of reappointment.

• Teach one or more undergraduate courses during the fall 2026, spring 2027, and summer 2027 semesters.
• Develop course syllabi, prepare instructional materials, and assess student performance.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students.

• A Master's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
