JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Special Education Department (EPCSE) in the College of Education at the Pennsylvania State University is looking for a student to fill a Part-Time support role starting this Fall 2026, with the opportunity to continue on in the academic year if available. This position will be located in 125 CEDAR Building, the administrative office suite for EPCSE.
The suite is open from 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. on Monday-Friday and you will be scheduled within these hours. Qualified applicants will have initiative, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, be punctual and professional, and have familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
Job responsibilities will include greeting and checking in visitors to the office, digitizing administrative and program records, answering phones, taking and distributing messages for office staff, organizing and distributing mail daily, helping with website tasks, day to day office tasks, among others.
