PT Food & Beverage Attendant – Flexible Hours & Events

POSITION SPECIFICS

The Bryce Jordan Center Food & Beverage Department is in search of Hospitality driven, friendly, dedicated and hard‑working persons committed to providing excellent customer service in a fun and fast‑paced environment. We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as an individual or as part of a team. Interested persons should have the ability to follow direction accurately, work quickly and efficiently and follow policies/procedures.

Interested persons should have problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills and the ability to react to a multitude of situations. Most positions provide a flexible schedule and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Catering attendants offer exceptional hospitality at all PSU Catering events by assisting in delivering and serving food & beverage, ensuring that all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout events; following all responsible alcohol service policies; ensuring designated areas are consistently cleared of used dishes and products; adhering to all safety and sanitation policies; lifting up to 25 lbs;

walking or standing for long periods of time; and, above all, being a team player with a positive, friendly attitude.

Seeking concessions attendants with growth opportunities available (Stand Supervisors). Concession stand attendants offer superb guest services by utilizing the POS system to ensure quick and accurate orders filled for guests; following proper safety and sanitation policies; following all responsible alcohol service policies. Other duties include assisting with setup and cleanup of the concession stand. Must walk or stand for long periods of time.

Concession stands are open to serve patrons during most events held at the Bryce Jordan Center or Pegula Club area.
