THE

WORK:
  • You’ll serve as a senior market‑facing executive responsible for driving growth, shaping large‑scale client transformations, and leading the successful delivery of complex capital programs across public and private sector clients.
  • You’ll partner with C‑suite and senior public‑sector leaders to modernize how they plan, govern, and execute capital investments — integrating capital program delivery, digital enablement, and operating model transformation.
  • You’ll act as a trusted advisor across the full capital lifecycle — planning, funding, design, construction, and transition to operations — leveraging Accenture’s global capabilities, digital assets, and industry expertise.
  • You’ll originate, shape, and close large, complex infrastructure and capital projects engagements while building executive relationships across priority industries.
  • You’ll lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead, mobilizing global, multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • You’ll design and implement modern PMO and governance models, oversee integrated project controls, and leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to support portfolio‑level decision‑making.
  • You’ll build and mentor high‑performing teams, develop future leaders, and contribute to internal capability development across the practice.
  • You’ll represent Accenture as a thought leader in the industry, contributing to POVs, participating in forums, and collaborating across Accenture practices.
Work Location:

Flexible

The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$180,000 - $250,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S

WHAT YOU'll NEED:
  • Minimum 15 years of infrastructure or capital projects consulting experience
  • Proven success in business development, origination, and delivery of large‑scale engagements
  • Deep expertise in PMO transformation, capital governance, and program delivery
  • Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree required
