Academic Program Coordinator

POSITION SPECIFICS

The Pennsylvania State University Department of Chemistry is seeking to fill an Academic Program Coordinator - Suppor tin its Undergraduate Program Office.

Duties include the following:

• Assist with student registrations (LionPATH);
• Provide course assistance, to include: assisting with exams, scheduling conflict exams and proctor assignments; submitting textbook orders; and collecting syllabi;
• Assist with course evaluations;
• Assist faculty with room reservations (College Net/25
  
  Live);
• Make supply purchases (PSUbuy) for the department and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur);
• Greet department visitors and students;

Answer and direct phone calls and e-mails

This position will serve as a back-up to other academic program staff in the Undergraduate Program Office.

This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process. Some portion of work will be required to be performed on campus.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)
No prior relevant work experience required

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $36,888.00 - $53,532.00.
