Position Overview

Marketing Department and Professor Lapa are seeking a research assistant (RA) to support a research project on sustainable marketing strategy involving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and performance.

• Work up to 15 hours per week from October to December and collaborate with Dr. Lapa and coauthors on the project.
• Attend project meetings as part of the author team.
• Review and synthesize relevant marketing literature.

• Current Penn State graduate student with interest and experience in marketing strategy research.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills demonstrated through graduate level courses or prior academic work.
• Ability to clean, organize, and process structured and unstructured datasets from large databases.
