Innovation Ecosystem Research Assistant – Spring 2025

We are looking for a part‑time Research Assistant to support Penn State’s Impact Incubator. The role involves collaborating with students from diverse disciplines to research, design, test, analyze, and promote interventions that advance flourishing, innovation, and entrepreneurship mindsets, skills, and behaviors.

• Collaborate with students from health, engineering, business, communications, and arts to conduct applied research.
• Design, test, and analyze interventions using a variety of measurement tools.
• Promote findings and refine interventions to increase impact on student life.
• Document research activities and contribute to project reports.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Desire to be a contributing part of an innovation team.
• Knowledge of research or data analysis methods is a plus.
• Current Penn State student (any college) or recent graduate.
