Part-Time Research Assistant; Harvatine Lab

A part‑time research assistant is needed for the Animal Nutritional Physiology research group. The role involves supporting laboratory work and dairy nutrition experiments in compliance with university policies.

• Assisting with and conducting laboratory assays, such as colorimetric plasma assays, RNA and DNA extraction and PCR analysis.
• Preparing samples for fatty acid analysis.
• Organizing materials for experiments.
• Assisting with feeding and collecting samples from dairy cows.
• Participating in training and tasks as assigned.

Hours are negotiable from 5 to 24 hours per week.

Employment will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
