Part-Time; Summer Research Assistant - Sipe Lab

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Part‑time Summer openings for Research Lab Assistants in the Sipe research lab, Department of Biology, Eberly College of Science.

• Design and conduct research projects/experiments.
• Collect, correlate, analyze, summarize, and report data.
• Inform Principal Investigator of research information per established protocols.
• Assist in development, design, and execution of research projects under senior staff direction and standard protocols.
• Contribute to laboratory and field experiments to test, prove, or modify theoretical propositions.
• Collect, process, and present data; provide support such as gathering, summarizing, interpreting information on laws, policies, industry standards, and emerging trends.

Employment will require successful completion of background check(s) per University policies.
