The Department of Geosciences at Penn State University is seeking a part-time Research Assistant to study pyrolysis of chemicals with respect to carbon isotopic fractionation. You will work with instrumentation, gas handling, gas mixtures, and mass spectrometry, and assist in developing and testing hypotheses.
The position requires 20 hours per week or more and is located in the Deike Building on campus. Employment will follow university background checks and campus policies.
