Position Requirements
The Department of Materials Science and Engineering is seeking applicants for a part‑time graduate student researcher position for Summer 2026. This role is part of a project involving contacts to 2D semiconductors and atomic layer deposition.
Job duties to include:
- Perform experiments
- Collect and manage data
- Analyze the data
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
- Should be a trained user of the Nanofab
- Should be familiar with at least one ALD reactor
- Must have already completed graduate coursework on semiconductor characterization and metals in electronics
Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $18.68/hr.
