• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $17.16 - $19.16 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
• Paid training provided (live hands-on and virtual classroom).

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers).
• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor; report time; provide feedback; and answer merchandising surveys. Maintain the entire Hallmark display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand periods may require additional days and extended hours; holidays may include weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture building, and resets of card sections. Notice of remodels is typically two weeks in advance; may require evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support fellow team members across territories.

This is a physically demanding role requiring energy and urgency. You will stand on selling floors and in back stockrooms, and may need to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You may kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders as part of the job.

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
