Compensation: $17.13 – $18.75 per hour, plus tips and sales bonuses. Full-time & part-time positions available.
Your Role- Deliver flawless waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax®.
- Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking, and product sales goals.
- Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
- Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
- A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs.
- A goal‑oriented mindset and desire to grow your income.
