General Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for communicating effectively with vast and eclectic student populations while guiding them in choices to successfully graduate from UAB, adhering to UAB policy and requirements.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities:
Salary Pay Range: $43,890 – $66,915
Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required.
Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Candidate must have the ability to encourage people, problem-solve, possess interpersonal skills, and have three (3) years combination of academic and counseling experience.
- Candidate must be able to work alone as well as with a team.
