Responsibilities include inspections, work-order handling across janitorial, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other trades, and coordination with leadership on preventive maintenance.
Position requires high school diploma or GED and two years of related experience, with an hourly starting rate of $15.00, commensurate with experience.
