Job Summary:

Chandigarh University is looking for a creative and skilled Cinematographer to join our media team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and assisting in the production of high-quality video content for marketing, academic, and promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute video shoots (indoor & outdoor)
- Operate professional camera equipment, lenses, and lighting setups
- Ensure proper framing, composition, and visual storytelling
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams
- Manage video files, backups, and shoot logistics
- Travel locally for shoots when required

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Professional video cameras
- Understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording
- Creative visualization and storytelling ability
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (preferred)
- Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication / Film / Media (preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in cinematography
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory
