Accounting Clerk (Temporary – 3 Months, Temp-to-Hire Potential)

Upland (onsite)

USD 21 - USD 26 per hour

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk for a 3‑month temporary assignment, with the potential to convert to a full‑time role based on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate will support day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and account statements
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems
• Assist with month‑end closing activities
• Support audits and document preparation as needed
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing and payments

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role depending on company needs and individual performance.
