About the Role

Join Zapata Private Wealth Group as a Client Service & Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and team. This dynamic position combines client interaction with essential administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client communications and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparing client documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update client records in our database accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors and team members.
  • Help streamline office operations and improve client service processes.
  • Respond to client requests promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in client service or administrative roles, preferably in finance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
