Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to maximize returns.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.
- Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
- Experience in managing relationships with investors, and auditors.
