This position is ideal for someone who:

• Recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Services
• Wants to learn how a successful financial planning firm operates
• Is interested in eventually building a career in wealth management
• Is coachable, driven, and eager to grow

• Provide administrative support to advisors
• Assist with client service requests and follow-up
• Prepare and process paperwork and account documents
• Maintain accurate client records and systems
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments
• Handle client communication (phone, email, follow-up)
• Support new client onboarding
• Help maintain an organized and professional office environment

You do not need prior financial industry experience.

We will train you on:

• Our systems and processes
• How we deliver exceptional client service
• The approach that drives our firm’s success

If obtaining your industry licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, etc.) is part of your career plan, we will support and guide you through that process. This role is designed to grow into higher‑level client service and advisory opportunities over time.

• $36,000 – $50,000 base salary (entry‑level)
• $3,000 – $5,000 bonus potential
• Significant long‑term income potential once licensed and advancing within the firm
