Join our dedicated team at A Better Solution In Home Care as a Caregiver in Fontana, CA! Dementia experience preferred. Spouse prefers a MALE caregiver. This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while providing compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, following health and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental health.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
