Supply Technician- Specialty

Overview

Responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of all goods and equipment according to established procedures. Responsible for supplies for specialty service line as designated. This includes all warehouse and off-site locations. Must correctly maintain and channel paperwork to ensure efficient and accurate completion of transactions.

• Education: N/A
• Experience: Two years of working in a comparable role in distribution and previous healthcare experience is preferred. Must be able to read and understand Materials Data Sheets. Experience working with an automated materials management systems is a plus. Minimum one year working in specialty environment supporting Operating Room, Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, and/or Laboratory.

  Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties as assigned.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
