Job Summary IPMG Sleep & Diagnostic Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive sleep study services to improve the health and well-being of our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven Sleep Lab Liaison to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help increase referral volume from various specialties in the area.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach (in-person, phone, email) to high potential physician offices in the area
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including primary care, pulmonologists, neurologists, and other specialists.
Promote our sleep study services and educate providers on the benefits and qualifications for sleep studies.
Increase referral volume by identifying and targeting potential referral sources.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and attend relevant medical conferences and events.
Expedite the resolution of patient problems and complaints to ensure patient and physician satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Provide detailed reports on outreach activities and referral trends
Experience
Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sleep center or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
In depth knowledge of HMO, PPO and Medicare insurance processes and requirements.
Familiarity with sleep study processes and qualifiers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
