Configure and deploy mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads
Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
Set up and maintain desktop and laptop equipment for new and existing employees
Manage procurement of devices and IT equipment across the organization
Maintain accurate inventory and tracking of all company-issued equipment
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support needs
Partner with the parent company on IT-related initiatives requiring on-site support
Support user access management, including onboarding and credential setup for new hires
Provide occasional after-hours support as needed
- Develop and maintain business analytics dashboards and reporting tools to provide leadership with actionable operational and performance insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data flow, identify process improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms to create automated reports, visualize trends, and improve overall visibility into business operations.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an IT-related field preferred
4 years of relevant IT experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and iOS environments
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
