CNC Programmer

Salary: $25–$30 per hour.

Shift hours: 1st shift 6:30 am–3:00 pm; optional overtime until 5:00 pm and optional Saturdays 6:00–12:00.

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to safely and efficiently program, set up, operate, troubleshoot, and produce precision‑machined components on CNC lathes and related equipment in accordance with production schedules, engineering specifications, and quality standards.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters for optimal production efficiency.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain part quality.
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and cycle times.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in G-code, M-code, tooling offsets, and machine setup.
• Strong math skills for accurate measurements and basic machining calculations.
• Good understanding of tolerances, feeds/speeds, and machining processes.
