Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location:
Upland, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care to patients and referring physicians.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and manage patients with rheumatologic conditions.
- Order and interpret labs and imaging.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans with the supervising physician.
- Prescribe medications and monitor response.
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatments.
- Perform joint injections and aspirations as needed.
- Document care accurately and coordinate with other providers.
- Masters of science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current California license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Active DEA license is required
- 1 year of Rheumatology Experience (required)
